Independence Day is a day to celebrate with family. It is the day watch the National parade in Television with the whole family so that we can see the strength of our family. It is the day when we have to remember those who sacrifice their life & everything to get the nation Independence. We all know that Freedom do not come with free of cost, for this we have to pay lots more than we think, even it requited the sacrifices beyond imagination. In this day, there are lots activity that people of America do on that day, some of are Activities associated with the day include watermelon or hotdog eating competitions that is quite funny but it is really interesting, several sporting events, such as baseball games, three-legged races, swimming activities and tug-of-war games and many more.

The most famous thing of the day is the flag of United States of America. In this day the people of display their flag outside their home & many of the American people use to paint their face with their flag with the start specially & they take a walk in the street of America all to show that face to other people. In this day we can see lots of firework all over the USA, even some of the communities in USA arrange a specially arrangement for the fire work. In this day the patriotic song of the American always in demand & many of the Employ take a weekend leave so that they can enjoy their week with their family on the vacation spot. Independence day is the day of Patriotism & remember those who gave us this freedom & we must know the real meaning of the freedom.

If we talk about the history, the fighting for the freedom began in the year 1775, when the people demanded for the New England from the Britain. In the year 1776, finally the America Become the fully Independent Nation for this on July 2, 1776 American Congress secretly voted for the Independence & on the July 4, 1776 the USA became freedom from the Great Britain. In this day the final wording of the Declaration of Independence was approved, and the official document was published. First time the declaration was read by the public of USA on 8 July 1776. On the 2 August 1776, the delegates sign the declaration of Independence & in the year 1870, it became the unpaid holiday in USA but in the year 1941, it became the paid holiday.

The most important fact that you must know about the USA Independence day, we all know that it is the national holiday in USA but the fact is the date of celebration. If the Independence day come on the either Saturday and Sunday then the date of the celebration changed i.e. if it come on Saturday(4 July), it is celebrate on Friday (3 July). If it come on the Sunday (4 July), it is celebrate it on Monday (5 July). In this day, there are many public events organised in the different place & many of the politician come to that event & talk about freedom, History & specially about the people of USA.
